Delete Your Data

Request deletion of your TripCaddy account and personal data.

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you'd like to delete your TripCaddy account and all associated data, you can submit a request using the steps below.

What gets deleted

When we process your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account credentials and profile information (name, email, photo, handicap)
• Trips you created and your membership in other users' trips
• All scores and round data you entered
• Team draft picks and assignments
• Any uploaded photos or media

What may be retained

• Anonymized aggregate data. Scores and round statistics may be retained in anonymized form that can no longer be linked to you.
• Shared trip data. Trip details created by other members (e.g., trip names, dates, courses) will remain visible to those trip members, but your personal contributions (scores, profile) will be removed.

How to request deletion

Send an email to hello@tripcaddy.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your TripCaddy account so we can locate your data.

We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
